Please report to our sales pavilion at St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, Bridge 1 at the top of the promenade at least 15 minutes before departure. Our colleagues will be happy to tell you where the ship departs from.

Summer months (March 1 to October 31)
Daily from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm every 30 minutes.

Winter months (November 01 to February 28)
Daily from 10.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. every 60 minutes.
