- Presentation of exciting stories about Hamburg's past and present.
- Ensuring that the city tours and trips run smoothly.
- Contact person for guests with questions about products, Hamburg, its history and present.
- Entertaining anecdotes ensure a good mood during the tour.
- Active sale of tickets for other Hamburg Citytours products.
- Collaboration in the further development of our products.
Ideally you should have
- Characteristic skills: Service orientation, sociability and an outgoing personality.
- Flexibility: Adaptability in dealing with different types of people.
- The lexicon: The ability to present facts vividly and clearly.
- City lovers: familiarity with the history of Hamburg, in-depth knowledge is provided by us.
- Communication skills: Very good knowledge of German and at least good knowledge of English.
- Entertainer: Well-groomed appearance and an appropriate manner of expression with a touch of wit and charm.
