Your ticket is a guarantee that you will travel on our buses. However, as our tours are scheduled services, it is not possible to reserve a seat. However, your ticket is valid for the entire day. You can decide spontaneously at what time you would like to take part in the city tour.
Since 16.12.2017, it has been possible to continue the journey on another city tour company for a fee of EUR 5 with the ticket for line F. This requires a transfer ticket, which can only be purchased from the operating staff of the bus you wish to change to. The previously purchased ticket must be printed out and stamped.
